Open Settings → Apps → Pikela → Photos, then choose Full Access or Limited Access. With Limited Access, Pikela analyzes only the photos you select.
Some iCloud photos cannot be analyzed
Connect to a stable network, open Photos and allow originals to download, then retry. Pikela does not make deletion suggestions from an incomplete scan.
Restore Director's Cut
Open Pikela → Filmography/Settings → Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the original one-time purchase.
Recover a deleted photo
Open Apple Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted. Photos remain recoverable for the period shown by Photos.

Privacy at a glance
Pikela does not create user accounts, serve advertising, track users, or upload photos and analysis results to our servers.
Photos and on-device processing
Pikela reads only photos you authorize. Similarity and image-quality analysis runs on the device. Deletion uses Apple's Photos framework, requires system confirmation, and moves photos to Recently Deleted.
Data stored on the device
Language, theme, free-use count, edit decisions, and reel history are stored locally to resume progress. They are not transmitted to us and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
Purchases
The one-time Director's Cut purchase is processed by Apple StoreKit. Pikela checks the entitlement supplied by Apple and does not receive or store payment-card information.
Your controls
You can limit or revoke Photos access in iOS Settings. Photos can be restored or permanently removed from Recently Deleted. Uninstalling Pikela removes its locally stored records.
